Kelcey Kwon

General Manager of Korea

 

Kelcey has played an influential part in increasing sales at various international companies over the years. During his time as a General Manager for a leading health company in Korea, he collaborated closely with both corporate staff and distributors to achieve over six consecutive years of growth.

     Kelcey started his career in Accounting and joined a health company in Korea as a Finance Supervisor. He was promoted to Regional Finance Director of North Asia, managing Korean and Japanese Accounts before he was promoted again to General Manager in 2007. In the past, Kelcey has managed and implemented effective marketing strategies that have positively influenced his companies. He has also helped stabilize the income for associates working under him—resulting in 20% growth in employees and 30% increases in autoship sales. Kelcey has developed strategic business plans to surpass company objectives and has successfully managed daily operations in all aspects of HR, Finance, General Administration, and Sales. Kelcey graduated from his MBA course at Korea University in February of 2014. Kelcey brings to this role fifteen years of experience from large-name multi-level marketing companies.
