     As the General Manager of Thailand and Vietnam, she is responsible for establishing a viable infrastructure in these countries and other emerging markets in South East Asia. Lawan works with an incredibly supportive team, and is glad to be surrounded by what she strongly regards as a group of wonderful individuals. Lawan believes that Jeunesse is relationship oriented, and she implements that principle in her daily work. She likes to stay updated on Distributor rank advancement and not only endeavors to congratulate them personally, but genuinely enjoys seeing them succeed. 

     Lawan Wateprasertwong received her diploma in Hotel and Tourism Management from the Convent of The Holy Infant Jesus School in Bangkok and furthered her studies in Business Administration at the University of East Asia, Macau. She has eighteen years of experience working for respected airline companies in various capacities, including serving as a Cabin Crew Manager for five years. 

     Lawan is passionate about people. She focuses on training leaders in business-building skills and also centers on uniting ties between corporate staff and distributors. Her family is important to her; she loves visiting the beach and watching movies with her husband John and their two sons, John Jr. and Joseph.
