     Her success in a variety of management roles is a testament to her people-centric philosophy to inspire individuals and, in turn, strengthen organizations. She brings a great deal of professional prowess, as well as a passion for personal relations and innovative marketing strategies to her role as General Manager of Israel. 

     Lital began her career in multi-level marketing as a customer service representative and was promoted to the position of HR and Operations Manager in just six months. Within 18 months, Lital advanced to the role of COO and later became CEO, making her one of the youngest CEOs in the field of direct marketing. Her impressive leadership produced effective earnings for her former company, which subsequently saw four consecutive years of growth.

     Lital’s husband, Yaki, and her three children, Ido, Maayan, and Noam, are the prevailing source of motivation in her life. Her most satisfying achievement has been her ability to balance her role in managing a large company with her role as a mother. In her free time, Lital enjoys volunteering for organizations focused on environmental conservation and sustainability.
