Paul J.H. Lim has more than 25 years of experience in the direct selling and MLM industry. His background includes having worked with several major direct selling MLM companies, providing management services in Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Indonesia, and Thailand.
His focus is concentrated on discovering ways to use simple, unique tools to understand the needs of Jeunesse’s distributors. Paul is a great communicator and can speak six different languages and dialects including English, Malay, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hokkien, and Hainanese. This accomplishment makes him very approachable. He is known among his peers as having ‘a servant’s heart.’
